Wyeast 1056 shares its origin story with two of the most widely used clean American ale strains on the market — Fermentis US-05 and White Labs WLP001 all trace back to a shared lineage associated with Sierra Nevada's house yeast, and many brewers treat the three as functionally interchangeable for recipe purposes. Lower flocculation than its dry relative

The midpoint math

1056 publishes 73-80% attenuation.
